Dr. Amy Saray earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Western Ontario. During this time, she completed an externship at the Weeneebayko General Hospital in Moosonee, Ontario where she treated the acute dental needs of children and adults. She previously studied at McGill University in Montreal, obtaining her undergraduate degree in Anatomy and Cell Biology and doing research on new drug therapies to help patients with chronic pain.
Dr. Saray was born in Ottawa and raised in the Toronto area; she is happy to have returned to Ottawa to work and to establish her family here. Dr. Saray is fluently bilingual in English and French and is working to learn Italian.
Dr. Saray is dedicated to promoting optimal oral health through patient education. She is committed to research and continuing education in the ever evolving field of dentistry and has wanted to be a dentist since she was little. She has a warm and caring personality and a desire is to put all her patients at ease and eliminate dental anxieties. She is happy to see and treat patients of all ages and loves that dentistry allows her to meet new people every day.
Outside of the dental office, Dr. Saray enjoys cooking and trying exotic foods, watching Jeopardy with her husband Jeff, and spending time with her dog Riggins.
